The Member of Parliament for North Tongu, Samuel Okudzeto Ablakwa has conveyed deep appreciation to President John Dramani Mahama for appointing him as Ghana’s Minister of Foreign Affairs.
In a sincere declaration after his appointment, the Member of Parliament for North Tongu promised steadfast commitment to promoting Ghana’s interests internationally.
“I am enormously thankful to His Excellency John Dramani Mahama for nominating me to serve as Ghana’s Foreign Minister. My solemn pledge is to diligently assist President Mahama in championing Ghana’s best interest at all times, with unquestionable patriotism, innovation, and integrity,” Ablakwa stated.
The recently appointed minister expressed gratitude to his family, constituents, the National Democratic Congress (NDC), and Ghanaians for their steadfast support during his political journey.
He promised the country that he would carry out his responsibilities with both excellence and integrity.
“Immense gratitude to my family, North Tongu, NDC, and all amazing Ghanaians for the incredible support throughout the years. I won’t let you down. Let’s do it, for God and Country,” he added.
