I WILL NEVER TAKE ON NUDE ROLES NO MATTER THE MONEY – Actor, Adjetey Anang

Ghanaian actor Adjetey Anang has stated that he is careful when choosing movie roles, especially ones that include nudity, graphic content, or intimate scenes.

In an interview with TV3, he made it clear that his choice is not influenced by monetary rewards.

“There are characters that I may not play. Somebody else would play it… Nudity, nude scenes, and very graphic, intimate scenes. That’s the thing. It’s not about the money,” he explained.

He went on to explain more about how people in society see actors, mentioning that many Ghanaians find it difficult to differentiate between the characters actors play and their real selves.

“And that’s how serious people take it. They can’t draw a line between the craft and the artiste,” Anang remarked.
