Senator Ned Nwoko has publicly declared that he will not reconcile with his estranged wife, actress Regina Daniels, and is instead insisting she undergoes therapy, alleging she is “completely under the influence of hard drugs.”
In a detailed statement posted on his Instagram on Tuesday, the Delta North lawmaker sought to address what he called a series of “violent and irrational incidents,” firmly closing the door on their marriage.
“Senator Ned Nwoko is not chatting with Regina and does not want her back in the house. All he is insisting on is that she should be encouraged to go to therapy,” the statement read.
To substantiate his claims, the senator included screenshots of a WhatsApp message from October 17, which he described as his last communication with her. He stated the message showed the ultimatum he delivered regarding her need for rehabilitation.
The statement also directly countered recent allegations made by Regina Daniels, dismissing her claims of “drugs and sexual misconduct” as a “figment of her imagination” that “can never be substantiated.”
