Freedom Jacob Caesar aka Nana Kwame Bediako, the lady of the New Force, has pledged to end the widespread practice of pay-for-play in public sector jobs.
Cheddar, addressing a recent campaign event, mentioned that securing a job in the public sector in Ghana is extremely challenging and nearly unattainable due to the presence of discrimination throughout the process.
In his view, three factors that make it challenging to secure a public sector job are tribal discrimination, political discrimination, and the size of one’s wallet.
Cheddar pointed out that individuals seeking government positions frequently encounter obstacles related to their tribal background or political alignment, depending on the ruling party.
And on top of all that, you must also come up with a significant amount of money to survive.
Cheddar stated that if he were to ascend to power, he would eliminate all obstacles to accessing public sector jobs in Ghana.
