Actress and media personality, Victoria Lebene stated that she will continue acting as she has begun a gospel ministry.
She believes that her fame and success come from her passion for acting, which she considers her primary interest, and nothing can deter her from pursuing it.
The actress spoke in an interview with Roselyn Felli on Joy Prime’s Changes show on Wednesday, August 16, 2024.
“Acting is actually what made me. It’s my first love and so there’s no way I’m going to throw it away because I’m a woman of God,” she asserted.
On the contrary, she anticipates taking on roles that would enable her to incorporate God-given talents into characters and make a positive impact on lives.
She would not turn down certain roles because she is confident she can come up with strategies and techniques to make a difference, no matter the role.
“All I need to do is to fuse my God-ordained abilities into the acting because there are so many ways that you can play a role even though you’re given a script. If I have a script to perhaps play a prostitute role, that role is very impactful because of how I’m going to play it. I’m going to make sure that the God-ordained ability is that for whoever and whatever you are, there is a possibility of change in you. So, playing the role of a prostitute doesn’t mean you’re a prostitute,” she said.
