Ghanaian actress and filmmaker, Yvonne Nelson has intimated that she is not romantic in real life like she is in movies.
Yvonne Nelson has been on a media tour for the last two weeks, promoting her yet-to-be-released film, “The Men We Love.” The film will have its world debut on February 14, 2022, at 7 p.m. at the Silver Bird Cinema.
Yvonne Nelson said in a recent interview with Naa Ashokor on Asaase radio’s Between Hours on February 7th that she used to be a romantic in real life.
“I’m a romantic in films.” I used to be that that. I’m romantic in films, but I’m not sure in real life; I’ve lost my module. “Right now, I’m only present; I couldn’t care less.”
My life fills me with delight. I’m not looking for romance to add the icing on the cake of my existence. I’m only passing through.
That is good if it occurs, but I am not seeking for, searching for, or hunting for romance. To me, it makes no difference. “All I want to do on Valentine’s Day is watch my movie,” Yvonne stated.
