Sulley Ali Muntari has consistently expressed a desire to join the Ghana Blackstars anytime the technical team and coach have called him.
This was made very apparent by the Hearts of Oak player in an interview with GTV Sports Plus.
Sulley Muntari affirmed that he is always willing to be called up and that it is always fun to play for the Blackstars.
The midfielder who played for Inter Milan and AC Milan in Italy and Sunderland went on to explain that if he was called and was not allowed to participate, he would remain on the bench and support the team.
According to Sulley Muntari, one of his traits is his tremendous passion for the game of football, which keeps him from idly watching Ghana lose.
Sulley Muntari went on to remark that he must show the love that Ghanaians and market women show him when he represents the Blackstars in order to earn their love.
Even if he had to use crutches, he declared that he would be willing to sacrifice his life for his nation.
