Rapper, Medikal has sparked a new debate on social media and the entertainment industry following a claim he made about himself.
Medikal, who is currently engaged in an online banter with his colleague Amerado over who is the best rapper took to his X to declare himself as the highest-paid rapper in Ghana currently.
The ‘Omo Ada’ hitmaker said this to buttress a point he was making during his clash with Amerado where he bragged about his creative abilities when it comes to the art of rap.
“I fi ghostwrite rap for your favourite rapper and still kill am on a song. Nobody de rap pass Medikal for Ghana I swear. And that’s why I’m the highest-paid rapper in the country too!” he declared.
His declaration sends an indirect message to his senior, Sarkodie, as he hints Sarkodie does not take more than him when it comes to artist booking fees.
