The music mogul was arrested in Manhattan on Monday following a grand jury indictment.
The indictment charges Combs with racketeering conspiracy, sex trafficking, and transportation to engage in prostitution.
In relation to Diddy’s racketeering charges, the indictment states that law enforcement officers seized “Freak Off supplies,” including narcotics and more than 1000 bottles of baby oil and lubricant in the March raid of Diddy’s Miami and LA homes.
As we previously reported, Diddy was accused of facilitating sexual gatherings called Freak Offs, during which he would allegedly use force and coercion to have victims engage in sexual acts with male sex workers.
The indictment stated that the Freak Offs often lasted for multiple days, and he would allegedly provide victims with IV fluids to recover from the sexual acts and drug use.
Members of the rapper’s enterprise including high-ranking supervisors, security staff, household staff, and personal assistants helped orchestrate the so-called “Freak Offs” by booking hotel rooms and stocking them “required” supplies including baby oil and lubricant, prosecutors said in the indictment.
During the March raids on Combs’ Florida and California mansions, law enforcement seized “various Freak Off supplies” that included narcotics and more than 1,000 bottles of baby oil and lubricant, prosecutors said in the indictment.
