A decent song may be written for as long as it takes, according to Ghanaian rapper Okyeame Kwame (Kwame Nsiah-Apau).

All that matters, in the ‘yeeko’ hitmaker’s opinion, is gathering one’s ideas and inspiration.

He said, “Once the concept has come to you and whoever is creating the song also recognizes the direction you are heading and it is instant, it needn’t necessarily drag or take a long time.”

“A good song can be written and produced in an hour, or it might even take a year,” he continued.
