Ghanaian afrobeat musician Kelvyn Boy has harshly clapped back at Hitz FM’s programmes manager, Prince Tsegah after he referred to him as a “fool” for declaring on live air that “he will go nuts if he doesn’t smoke.”
In the viral interview on Hitz FM, Kelvyn Boy admitted that smoking is the one thing that makes him feel calmer.
Kelvyn Boy also said that if he doesn’t smoke, he will become insane.
“For real, I smoke…You see the way people think if you smoke you’ll go mad, me if I don’t smoke, I’ll go mad. So smoking is my thing, I like to smoke,” he said in an interview on Hitz FM.
That’s what calms me down. I don’t have to show you, you get to see it. I have learned a lot from Bob Marley and he always smoked. I don’t show it to the camera when I smoke, I’m smoking every time so if you see me and you take a picture of me from the back, you’ll probably see the smoke. I can’t fake oo, that’s me, and people like me for that.”
Prince Tsegah reacting to the comments of Kelvyn Boy said that the statement “I will go mad if I don’t smoke” is a stupid statement from the ‘Down Flat’ crooner.
In response to Prince Tsegah’s remarks, Kelvyn Boy called the programs manager a stupid.
He tweeted saying, “Selected sinners choosing sins they’re comfortable with and judging others for the ones they not comfortable with! Only takes a fool to know a FOOL!! We FORWARD“.
