Ghanaian musician, KK Fosu has disclosed his longstanding ambition to be a parliamentarian, aiming to better serve the people in his electoral area.
The well-known artist, recognized for his impact on the music scene, expressed this goal in a discussion on Adom TV’s Showtym last weekend.
During the interview, KK Fosu conveyed his strong affection for Ghana, stating that his motivation to serve the country fuels his passion for politics.
“I’ve always aspired to be a parliamentarian to better serve the people in my constituency,” he said.
The artist, known as Kaakyire Kwame Fosu, stressed that his ties to Ghana extend far beyond his musical profession.
He thinks that occupying a political position would offer him the opportunity to create a more immediate and enduring influence on the lives of Ghanaians.
The ‘Anadwo Yede’ Hitmaker expanded on his inspiration, indicating that this is why numerous individuals have observed him leading demonstrations.
KK Fosu states that when you lack positions of power or influence, it can be quite challenging for your opinions to be acknowledged or for your recommendations to be regarded seriously.
Nevertheless, he emphasized that occupying such a role, especially in Parliament, would greatly facilitate his ability to champion the people and guarantee that their needs and issues are adequately attended to.
