Internet users recently gave the Ghanaian musician King Promise the moniker Nungua De Paul.
According to those who chose the name King Promise, they thought it was appropriate given how the musician was allegedly following prominent Nigerian musician Wizkid everywhere he went, much like Rodrigo De Paul does for Lionel Messi of the Argentine squad.
Others have asserted that the way in which he has recently interacted with Wizkid also shows that he is Wizkid’s boss.
However, the artist registered to Legacy Life Entertainment made it clear that Wizkid is not his employer in an interview on Hitz FM’s “Daybreak Hitz” entertainment review show on Monday.
He continued they are simply close friends who enjoy one other’s company.

One of the problems caused by King Promise and Wizkid’s absence from the recent “Wizkid Live” event at the Accra Sports Stadium is the present uproar.
The “Choplife” hitmaker has apologized and explained why he was unable to attend the event in a statement, but his fans and internet users are still upset with him.
