LATE SAMUEL ABOAGYE’S FAMILY DRAGS WIDOW TO COURT OVER REFUSAL TO DO DNA TEST ON CHILD

The late Samuel Aboagye’s family has filed a lawsuit against his wife, Abigail Salami Aboagye, for allegedly consistently refusing to give their daughter a DNA test.
The family claims that despite multiple requests, Mrs. Aboagye has continuously refused to allow their kid, Queen Alisa Aboagye, to take the test that would establish whether or not she is the late Samuel Aboagye’s legitimate daughter.
The family feels that the DNA test is essential for determining paternity as well as for providing clarity and equity regarding the legitimate beneficiaries of Samuel Aboagye’s estate.
Tragically, Samuel Aboagye perished in the August 6, 2025, plane tragedy that also killed a number of Ghanaians.
Following his death, family members claim that Mrs Aboagye’s reluctance to assist has exacerbated their sorrow and made it more difficult to settle his affairs.
According to reports, the family was compelled to collect DNA samples from another child that the late Samuel Aboagye had with a different woman at the time of the tragedy in order to move forward with certain official procedures.
They characterise this as an unpleasant and needless development.
