There has been an upsurge in activities in the beauty industry in Ghana and with it the emergence of a new crop of vibrant makeup artistes and an influx of cosmetic brands and stores.
The movement was initiated with the objective of creating a vehicle or platform to bring together players from both the Makeup profession, the Makeup brands and stores in the trade togenerate synergy and drive traction for growth in the industry.
Makeup Ghana, an initiative spearheaded by Rebecca Donkor, a social entrepreneur and a keen follower of the Makeup industry in Ghana has outlined a calendar of activities aimed at meeting the above objective starting with the “Makeup Ghana Connects”event on Friday the 25th and Saturday 26th of March 2016 at the La Palm Royal Hotel from 9am -7pm each day.
The event seeks to bring together established and new brands in the beauty space in Ghana at one location creating a vehicle to expose the brands in the industry to the established, new and trainee beauty professionals and the general public.
The eventis positioned to attract females across all demographics over the Easter Holidays and attendance is absolutely free.
It will involve Discount sales of your popular brands of Makeup, Live Demonstrations for Photo opportunities, Free Makeup sessions, Consultancy services and lots of giveaways plus some great networking opportunity.
