During a promotional tour in Kumasi’s Kejetia Market, Kumawood artist and actor LilWin encountered a stressful situation when an unidentified fan tried to take money out of his palm.
The event took place as LilWin was interacting with fans as part of his street campaign to promote his most recent film, which was about Captain Ibrahim Traore, the president of Burkina Faso.
Hundreds of market visitors watched as the actor, standing atop his branded car, sprayed money into the throng.
A man from the crowd clambered atop the car during the frenzy and attempted to snatch the money out of LilWin’s hand.
Before his security intervened to control the situation, LilWin swiftly ejected the individual from the car.
Videos circulating on social media captured the moment the actor shouted at the intruder, visibly upset by the aggressive act.
