MEDIA PERSONALITY FREMA ADUNYAME GRADUATES AS VALEDICTORIAN OF UNIVERSITY OF GHANA’S 2025 MA IN MARKETING STRATEGY CLASS

Broadcast Journalist Frema Adunyame, who is the Head of Events and Partnerships at  Channel One TV and Citi FM, has emerged as the valedictorian of the University of Ghana’s 2025 Master of Arts programme in Marketing Strategy.

With a distinguished career spanning radio, television, public relations, and corporate leadership, Frema as she is affectionately called has cemented her place as a powerhouse in Ghana’s media landscape.

Frema’s journey in broadcasting began in Kumasi, where she worked with Radio Mercury, Invisible FM, and Fox FM before joining TV3 in 2007 as a news anchor and reporter. She later moved to e.TV Ghana, where she served as Assignments Editor, news anchor, and presenter, hosting popular programmes such as Breakfast TV and Panorama, a documentary series focused on tourism and culture.

From 2013 to 2015, she transitioned into public relations, taking on the role of Public Relations Manager for AGAMS Group’s Hope City Project.

Frema then returned to television, becoming a familiar face on Metro TV’s Good Morning Ghana before making her mark at Channel One TV and Citi FM. There, she has anchored major programmes such as Upside Down, Breakfast Daily, U Tour, and The Constituency, in addition to delivering the station’s flagship news bulletin, Channel One Newsroom.

Currently, Frema serves as Head of Events and Partnerships for Citi FM and Channel One TV, where she plays a pivotal role in curating high-profile media and corporate engagements.

Her entrepreneurial drive led her to establish Fabilnks Co. Ltd., a production, advertising, and public relations firm that caters to top-tier clients. As a seasoned Master of Ceremonies (MC), she has hosted prestigious events and collaborated with industry leaders.

In addition to her media and business ventures, Frema is the Managing Partner of Africa Tourism Partners (ATP) Ghana, a Pan-African tourism entity specializing in destination marketing, brand management, and investment facilitation.

Frema Adunyame’s achievement as valedictorian of her postgraduate programme is a testament to her dedication, versatility, and pursuit of excellence.
