MERCY JOHNSON REACHED OUT TO ME OVER MY TRENDING CRACKED VOICE – Afua Asantewaa

Media personality Afua Asantewaa recently opened up about the hurdles she faced on her journey to the singathon, emphasizing the intense preparation required for her Guinness World Record (GWR) attempt.

Asantewaa spoke of her experience as a roller coaster of highs and lows, noting the difficulties she faced, such as having to strain her voice while performing.

“After over-straining my voice, I experienced a crack which was quite difficult,” she shared, highlighting a particularly tough moment during her performance.

Asantewaa succeeded in her attempt to set a Guinness World Record in spite of these obstacles.

She was taken aback, nevertheless, when a video of her voice breaking went viral, trended, and even inspired memes on social media.

In a live chat with Emelia Brobbey, Asantewaa brought up her voice-cracking video’s surprising viral success.

She also talked about how Mercy Johnson, a well-known Nigerian, contacted her to wish her luck in continuing to pursue her goals.

Reflecting on the unexpected turn of events, Asantewaa remarked, “If it weren’t for my cracked voice going viral, how would someone like Mercy Johnson, a renowned Nigerian celebrity, have reached out to support me?,” Afua Asantewaa stated.
