Award-winning Ghanaian gospel musician, Joe Mettle has voiced worries regarding the quality of aircraft designated for Ghana.
In a recent social media update, he expressed his thoughts, highlighting that the planes assigned to Ghana frequently lag behind those designated for other African nations.
Mettle, an extensive traveler, noted that even though airfares to Ghana are expensive, travelers often find themselves in subpar aircraft.
“I’ve had the privilege to travel a bit and realized that most of the planes that come to Ghana are not the best at all compared to the ones that go to other African countries,” he stated.
He also wondered why Ghana appears to accept these aircraft without asking for superior alternatives, particularly given its comparatively short flight paths.
His remarks have sparked discussions on the necessity for enhanced standards and more robust negotiations to obtain higher-quality aircraft for Ghana.
