MR EAZI TO FUND MUSIC VIDEO FOR 100 EMERGING ARTISTES ACROSS AFRICA

Nigerian singer, songwriter and entrepreneur Oluwatosin Oluwole Ajibade better known by his stage name Mr Eazi, is calling up all emerging artistes across Africa to support and fund for their music videos.

The “Akwaaba” hitmaker made a call on twitter to emerging artistes across Africa to submit their entries on Instagram and get the chance to be part of 100 talented individuals he is going to support and fund for their music videos.

He tweeted:

“Calling out Emerging Artists Across Africa, its Time to Submit Your Entries on Instagram and be part of 100 talented individuals who will be getting music video Funding!!! Follow the link for more info”

He is the pioneer of Banku music, a fusion sound he describes as a mixture of Ghanaian highlife and Nigerian chord progressions and patterns.

Mr Eazi relocated to Kumasi in 2008 and enrolled at KNUST, where he began booking artists to perform at college parties.

He showed interest in music after recording a guest verse on “My Life”, a song that gained traction and became a popular record at KNUST.

Mr Eazi released his debut mixtape, About to Blow, in July 2013.
