Former President of Ghana and leader of the National Democratic Congress (NDC), John Dramani Mahama intends to fight corruption in his next administration.
He plans to implement the asset declaration system, stating that his administration members must declare all their assets within 30 days of his assuming power.
The ex-president revealed this information while speaking at a gathering.
He said, “Our commitment is to review and enforce the asset declaration regime to promote transparency and combat corruption. In this regard, I will require all members of my administration to declare their assets within 30 days of assuming office.
