MY BOOK IS MORE ABOUT ME THAN ABOUT OTHERS – Adjetey Anang

Ghanaian actor Adjetey Anang, widely known for his captivating performances, is preparing to release a book detailing his life experiences in July 2023, coinciding with his 50th birthday.

As he approaches this significant milestone on July 8, Anang intends to share his personal and professional journey through a memoir.
In a recent discussion on the popular talk show United Showbiz, he emphasized that his memoir is centered on self-reflection rather than shifting blame onto others.
This announcement follows the recent release of fellow actress Yvonne Nelson’s memoir, which created a buzz on social media platforms.
During an interview with Mzz Gee, Anang stated, “my book is not focused on individuals per say, I threw the spotlight on me.”

He highlighted that in his book, he takes responsibility for his own actions, hinting that he discussed matters including the attention he received from women and how he handled such situations.

“There is no excuse that women are throwing themselves at me, that can cause you to fall, but how are you allowing that to impact you. Therefore, compromising on your standard or your principles” he said.

Anang is, however, a strong advocate in maintaining personal standards and principles despite external temptations.

The memoir primarily delves into his own choices and the corresponding consequences. Anang emphasized that the focus is more on “what he did” and “what he didn’t do.”
With the upcoming release of his memoir, the actor expressed his optimism that the book will make a significant impact.

Fans and readers eagerly await the opportunity to gain deeper insights into Adjetey Anang’s life journey and the lessons he has learned along the way.
