Sensational Ghanaian singer, Mohammed Ismail Sherif known professionally as Black Sherif has revealed the reason behind his decision to stay out of an amorous relationship.
According to the “Second Sermon” hitmaker, his music career has become his newfound girlfriend therefore he is concentrated on how to make it to the top instead of giving his attention to a woman.
In a conversation with Pulse on what influenced his overall decision, Black Sherif (born Janaury 2002) said the girl she dated way back in school died. He added that he really loved her and was looking forward to them becoming couples in the future.
However, a strange illness broke out in the school which resulted in her sad death. Black Sherif revealed that she could not withstand the illness and her death really broke his heart.
On the back of that, he has decided to pay more attention to his career and to, in effect, avoid all the excesses of dating which he’s not ready to handle. According to him, a relationship demands time, energy and resources…those are things he is not ready to supply.
Black Sherif concludes that he is not dating, he’s single. In the same conversation, he revealed that he does not drink alcohol nor smoke; he also does not do drugs.
