The General Overseer of the Anointed Palace Chapel (APC), Rev. Obofour has recounted the emotional tale of his mother’s last moments, disclosing that she had predicted her death.
During a Sunday service, the well-known preacher shared how his mother planned for her passing, asking her family to frame her pictures on her birthday for her memorial.
As per him, she actually requested individuals to examine her closely prior to her death since there wouldn’t be another chance.
“My mother knew she was going to die. She told me she wanted to go for a check-up, but when the doctors wanted to admit her, she refused. She even jokingly said that if I went back to Accra, I wouldn’t see her again because she would have gone ‘home,’” Rev. Obofour narrated.
He additionally revealed that his mother made sure she wore her favorite clothes with makeup before quietly passing away in the hospital.
Rev. Obofour’s heartfelt announcement has resonated with many, prompting sympathizers to express their condolences as he grieves his mother’s death.
