Veteran broadcaster Kwasi Kyei Dankwah, often known as KKD, has told a tale of how thieves attacked and stole some expensive personal items from a person at Ashaiman, close to Tema, in the Greater Accra Region.
The broadcaster has been highlighting some bad features of the suburb for some time and this was a continuation of his rant.
KKD made this known in a discussion on Stonebwoy’s Ashaiman To Da World concert on Onua TV.
The event that took place on September 3, 2022 at Ashaiman Sakasaka Park.
He described his own experience, claiming that he had been robbed of his irreplaceable royal slippers, a pricey phone, and an undisclosed sum of money.
“I will plead with the organizers to maybe change the venue because that same Ashaiman route was where I was robbed. They took away all my phones and dollars in a bag. They took “Ahenema” slippers I was delivering to someone. It seems that we are gradually becoming a failed state”, KKD said.
