Nigerian Dancehall and Afrobeat artist, Patoranking has said the earth will make an announcement of his coming when the time is right.
Patoranking whose real name is Patrick Nnaemeka Okorie, indicated in a recent interview that he hasn’t achieved much in life.
In a “Dryve of Your Life” interview with Kojo Manuel on Y107.9 FM, Patoranking discussed his life experiences and what motivates him in his work.
Patoranking claims that when he first began making music, he had no intention of ever stopping.
“I don’t think there was ever a point in my life I thought I had to quit this music thing. For me it was hope.”
Patoranking added that he had always prayed to God to make him great before he became a famous musician.
He continued by saying that despite being a superstar, he still believes his time has not yet arrived because the earth will make the announcement when it is his time.
“I was always hopeful and prayerful because like I knew my time will come. Even at this stage, the time has still not come for me. I’m still climbing and upcoming when the time comes the whole world will know that, yes Pato this is the time,” he added.
