Popular media personality Gloria Akpene Nyarku, widely known as MzGee, has taken the Ghanaian entertainment scene by storm. She has announced that she is no longer married to Raymond Acquah. The former host of United Showbiz on UTV shared the news in a candid vlog posted on her social media platforms, ending years of speculation about her marital status.
MzGee disclosed that she and Raymond Acquah have been separated for three years and officially divorced for two years. “My name is Gloria Akpene Nyarku. I have no documentation that bears the name Acquah. I know this is because once upon a time you knew a certain Raymond Acquah who I was married to. Unfortunately, I have been separated from Raymond Acquah for three years and divorced officially from him for two years, so I don’t have any ties to him,” she revealed in the emotional video.
The media personality explained that while she had initially chosen to keep the matter private, she decided to break her silence due to the involvement of her child. “I wouldn’t have responded to or addressed it because it is nobody’s business what I did with my private life, but now there’s a child involved, and I do not want him growing up to be confused about his paternity. I have no business whatsoever anymore with Raymond Acquah,” she stated.
MzGee also took the opportunity to set the record straight about her identity, urging the public to address her appropriately moving forward. “I see that people want to attach us.
