Information reaching our news desk indicates that Menzgold CEO, Nana Appiah Mensah popularly known as NAM 1 has filed a lawsuit against television personality Bridget Otoo for defamation.
It is reported that NAM1 is demanding 1 million Ghana cedis and more in damages for defaming his character publicly.
In a writ of summons signed November 7, 2023, sighted by NKONKONSA.com, a perpetual injunction restraining Bridget Otoo from publishing any further defamatory material against NAM1 was placed.
The lawyer also pleaded with the court for an order to direct Bridget Otoo to retract and render an unqualified apology to him on the same platform and an order to pull down and defamatory statement made against Nana Appiah Mensah on her social media handles.
