Kumawood star, Joseph Osei, popularly known as Wayoosi has Wayoosi, has lamented the worsening living conditions in Ghana.
In an interview, he informed ZionFelix that living expenses have increased. Wayoosi attributed Ghana’s current state of suffering to politicians.
He claimed that their actions after being entrusted with the authority to lead the country varied from their statements made during campaigns.
Wayosi claims that under his leadership, things have gotten worse after Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo voiced her displeasure about the cost of Kenkey during the administration of former President Dramani John Mahama.
When he protested, a ball of Kenkey was worth GH₵1.
Wayoosi asserts that in order to be pleased after purchasing kenkey and fufu in Kumasi, one must have between GH₵100 and GH₵300.
The actor expressed alarm on the current fuel prices in Ghana, despite Nana Addo’s prior commitment to lower them when he voiced his concerns during John Mahama’s presidency.
