According to sensational singer, Black Sherif, there is a very evident reason why protesters are faking their acts,
A loud and unruly 2-day demonstration against the country’s economic woes was held by some Ghanaians.
The rally caused chaos as demonstrators and police clashed in a neighborhood in Accra.
In the clash between these two groups, about 6 police officers were harmed, and one demonstrator appeared to have an eye injury.
Videos of the protests showed stone-throwing by the demonstrators towards the police as well as the use of tear gas to disperse the gathering.
During a one-on-one interview on Kastle Entertainment show, the “Kwaku the Traveler” hitmaker born Ismail Mohammed Sherif pleaded with the police to demonstrate patience and tolerance with the demonstrators in order to avoid any form of death.
He said; “In all things, we give thanks to God but whoever got affected, we pray for healing for them and their families, and I wish them good because it’s not easy to be involved.”
“But with situations like that I think they should relax for the demonstrators and they should understand them because people don’t act like that for nothing,” he stated.
Black Sherif added, “They were not just sitting quietly and suddenly started doing that so in things like that we call for calm but in all things we pray for healings to those who got hurt through the demonstration”
