BAWKU CONFLICT IS NOW A NATIONAL ISSUE, FIX IT – Ahiagbah Tells President Mahama
Communications Director for the New Patriotic Party (NPP), Richard Ahiagbah, believes that the Bawku crisis has escalated into a national concern and requires attention.
He has called on the president to take action in tackling the problems arising from that region, as it could negatively impact the country.
In a tweet commenting on the recent killing and destruction of properties, Ahiagbah said, “Multiple things are vying for attention, but none is as urgent as the Bawku conflict, which demands the government’s undivided attention.
This conflict can no longer be seen as a problem for Bawku because it has significant implications for the overall security of the state. To restore peace in Bawku, we must come together and collaborate. We need peace in Bawku, Mr. President”.
