In reaction to public skepticism regarding the NPP’s prospects in the upcoming 2024 elections, gospel singer Diana Asamoah asserted her firm conviction that the party will hold onto power until the end of time.
She emphasized her steadfast confidence in the party’s ability to secure victory despite criticism.
Asamoah addressed those who were predicting the NPP’s downfall in a video posted on Khemical TV’s YouTube channel, calling on them to think about what they believe.
She asserted that the NPP would continue its governance uninterrupted, stating, “We [NPP] will continue to remain in government till Jesus comes.”
Diana Asamoah expressed confidence that her prayers would be answered and her critics would be quiet, attributing her confidence to her faith.
She acknowledged her dependence on God’s supply and gave her assurance that she would never go without since she was a part of Christ’s kingdom.
Asamoah, who is well-known for taking strong political stands and supporting the ruling NPP, has continuously stood up for President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo when it comes to Ghana’s economic situation.
Even after receiving advice from several celebrities not to get involved in politics, Asamoah has persisted in supporting and being involved with the NPP.
