The Accra Court eventually ordered former Black Stars player and retired footballer Odartey Lamptey may take ownership of his residence tomorrow.
Lamptey has been renting since 2014 after the wife sought to seize the property after their divorce.
Odartey confirmed to me he would be formally going back to the home tomorrow despite the unwillingness of his former wife to quit the premises following the verdict.
Following the divorce, Lamptey parted ways with his five-bedroom property at Dome and payment of 400,000 cedis as alimony to the former wife but Ms Gloria Lamptey claimed she wanted the East Legon House instead.
With the latest judgement on March 2, 2022 Odartey has been permitted by the court to take back his residence.
