Sammy Flex is proud that Sonnie Badu’s Rhythms of Africa performance last weekend packed the Grand Arena.
The management of Shatta Wale stated that, in contrast to what he witnessed last Saturday, no performer has been able to fill the arena during his multiple visits to the location.
He said that, aside from what he witnessed with his own eyes at Sonnie Badu’s performance, people should trust him when he claims that no artist in the nation has been able to fill the venue.
He claims he is aware that people will bring up the VGMAs, but he wants to be clear that what people actually observe is that there are seats in the front and middle, with the rear constantly open for people to move about.
He went on to say that in Sonnie Badu’s case, the venue was so packed that it was difficult for people to move in the rear. Since it was a gospel event, he wasn’t prepared for such a large turnout.
In a video describing the incident, Sammy Flex stated that no one had informed him about it, but he was there and can attest to it.
