Ghanaian rapper, Oseikrom Sikanii has shared a video of himself lamenting over the poor support up-and-coming musicians get from Ghanaians.
Oseikrom Sikani stated his disappointment in the video over how Ghanaians are now heavily featured in South African songs.
Even though the popular South African songs right now don’t make any sense, we still play them at events, bars, and other social gatherings, as Oseikrom Sikani sadly lamented.
Oseikrom Sikani claims that although local musicians invest time, money, and effort into creating songs with profound significance and motivating lyrics, Ghanaians will never buy their music.
He chastised his compatriots for not encouraging homegrown talent while promoting outsiders.
