Ghanaian actor, Don Little has addressed the unfortunate incident with his fellow actor LilWin, stating that it was unintentional and should not result in legal repercussions.
Don Little acknowledged that the public and the family of the deceased were understandably upset by the way LilWin’s management handled the communication of the incident, expressing his disappointment.
He asked for forgiveness from both parties and urged for a peaceful solution, emphasizing that the incident was unintentional.
“My brother did not intend for this accident to happen. So, on behalf of LilWin, I ask Ghanaians and the family of the 3-year-old boy who passed away to forgive us, despite the pain.
“The initial communication about the incident was mishandled, causing more distress. Therefore, we ask for forgiveness,” he stated in a video shared by One Ghana TV on YouTube.
Meanwhile, LilWin was detained by police on Monday, June 3, 2024, after leaving Komfo Anokye Teaching Hospital. He has been granted bail of GH¢50,000, and the case has been adjourned to June 27, 2024.
