REVEREND OBOFOUR’S WIFE, QUEEN CIARA, DENIES DIVORCE RUMOURS — Reaffirms Her Love After 18 Years of Marriage

“I’m still in my white mansion, still married to my husband,” she declares amid cheating allegations

Queen Ciara, wife of Reverend Kwaku Appiah Osei, popularly known as Reverend Obofour, has publicly dismissed rumours that she has divorced the founder and leader of the Anointed Palace Chapel (APC).

Her reaction follows widespread social media speculation suggesting her marriage had collapsed amid allegations that her husband was involved in a secret affair with socialite and entrepreneur Maame Sika.

The controversy began after Maame Sika posted birthday wishes to Reverend Obofour on Sunday, February 1, 2026, sharing photos of herself and the preacher dressed in matching white outfits. The post, which was later reshared by blogger Hiz Sarpomaah Official, quickly went viral, especially after Maame Sika referred to herself as “Sofo Maame” (pastor’s wife) and posted a video flaunting her beauty alongside a clip of Obofour preaching.

The post reignited longstanding rumours about an alleged relationship between the two, prompting widespread discussion online.

In response, Reverend Obofour addressed the issue during a church service on Tuesday, February 3, where he condemned those spreading falsehoods about his marriage and accused critics of trying to tarnish his image. He also denied claims that he had fathered twins with another woman.

Later that same day, Queen Ciara took to TikTok Live to issue a fiery response to the rumours. Visibly angry, she insisted that she and her husband were still living together in their East Legon mansion and that they remained happily married.

“I am still living in my white mansion. I am in Ghana. I have not divorced my husband, Kwaku Appiah Osei [Reverend Obofour]. He is my husband. I have not left him. I am still married to him. I have been with him for 18 good years,” she declared.

Queen Ciara further reaffirmed her unwavering commitment to her husband, saying she had no plans to end their marriage despite ongoing speculation.

“People can say whatever they want, but I know my home and my husband. I am still Mrs. Obofour,” she added.

The couple, known for their lavish lifestyle and public displays of affection, have long been one of Ghana’s most talked-about pastoral families. However, their marriage has frequently been the subject of online gossip, something Queen Ciara says she has learned to live with.

For now, both Reverend Obofour and his wife appear united in their effort to put the rumours to rest  reaffirming that, after nearly two decades together, their marriage remains intact.
