Mrs. Tracy Owusu Addo, alias Tracy SarkCess, the wife of award-winning rapper, Sarkodie, has offered the government an important suggestion on how to make the program better.
Tracy recently tweeted that she believes the policy should be based on needs because there are many Ghanaians who are willing and able to pay for their children’s tuition.
