Ghanaian singer, Borax alleges that a buddy bought off well-known radio hosts and DJs to prevent them from playing his songs.
Borax was a significant player in the scene in Ghana in the early 2000s, when hiplife was at its height. He had some of the biggest performers in the business on his show, but then he suddenly stopped recording music.
Borax, who has been preparing a comeback, recently spoke with Giovani Caleb on the 3FM Drive to talk about his upcoming album and to address some unresolved concerns.
The rapper/dancehall artist said that a colleague musician had called radio host and media personality Bola Ray and requested that he stop playing his song so that the singer could earn more money.
He claimed that someone else had gotten in touch with Daddy Lumba, a high-life artist, and inquired about the use of borax in his music.
Borax has provided an explanation for his extended absence, stating that he needs time to concentrate on growing personally and broadening his horizons.
He worked in the Parliament House and pursued scholarly possibilities while he was away.
