One of Ghana’s favourite sports journalists, Thierry Nyann has officially announced his exit from Media General after 10 decades.
The exit comes after a successful 10-year stay with the media outfit. While at Media General (TV3/3FM), Thierry Nyann hosted several shows including Ghana’s Strongest, Sports Station, Warm Up and more.
“I attained a really good personal brand in the 10 years at Media General while playing a part in growing a number of shows and products. Becoming the Head of 3Sports was immense and I am proud to have served my department.”
“I have made a lot of friends in my time at MG and some across several departments have become family. I will miss you all.
@To CEO Madam Beatrice Agyemang, no one can tell me otherwise about your love and care for me and I appreciate all the advice and support. You will always have a special place in my heart. To the COO, Mr Nuamah-Eshun, thank you immensely. And to all part of the sports family, I love you all”
My wish was to remain there for much longer than this period. But… …Unto the next chapter of my life.” He wrote on his IG page.
He added;
“Sadly my time at Media General (TV3 & 3FM) is over.
It’s been a absolute pleasure hosting several shows including Ghana’s Strongest, Sports Station, Warm Up, Euro Football Direct, Sports Unlimited and presenting the news across the various platforms throughout my stay with Ghana’s leading media conglomerate.
Thank you everyone for your support throughout my time as sports journalist and eventually lead for the department.
Au revoir!”
