He further conveyed his frustration about the failure of law enforcement to take action against Stonebwoy for displaying a gun during their confrontation at the 2019 Vodafone Ghanaian Music Awards.
Shatta Wale who appeared on the Rants, Bants, and Confessions podcast mentioned that “Stonebwoy is just getting swollen-headed with fame.”
In a recent interview, Shatta Wale mentioned that Stonebwoy, one of his biggest rivals in the music industry, is starting to act arrogant.
“There have been a number of times I have told him we can settle our differences and collaborate so we can make money out of this,” he said.
He also disclosed that he made multiple efforts to make amends with the ‘Manodzi’ singer, but his attempts were unsuccessful.
“Stonebwoy and the rest are not real, they’re full of fake people. And I hate the fact that they are not being real. Because I don’t have a problem with Stonebwoy so why should people think otherwise?”
“…I had an issue with Samini and not him. I don’t even have any problem with him,” he intimated.
The ‘Dancehall King’ stated that he has no issues with Stonebwoy, but due to the dishonesty of ‘Jejereje’ hit maker and other artists, they struggle to address things that happen behind the scenes.
“The gun thing they should have arrested him and taken him to jail. If it was me, I would have gone to jail. So why didn’t they take him to jail?” he asked.
