STONEBWOY OWNS THE RIGHT TO CALL HIMSELF ORIGINATOR OF AFRO-DANCEHALL – Epixode

After Stonebwoy performed on stages alongside artists like Shaggy, Bounty Killer, and others, Epixode has supported him when he recently claimed to be the creator of Afro Dancehall and promoted it to the rest of the globe.

In a Citi FM interview recently with AJ Sarpong, Stonebwoy said: “I’ve performed alongside Shaggy, Bounty killer, Richard Stevens, Alpha Blondy, and more. I’m promoting afro-dancehall…I sold it to the world. Oh, I am”

Reiterating this point, Stonebwoy’s workmate Epixode admitted to famous Ghanaian entertainment analyst Arnold Asamoah-Baidoo that Stonebwoy did indeed set the pace.

“He [Stonebwoy] has every right to own it, especially because he has successfully marketed his brand, the “genre,” and his nation to an international audience. It is impossible to deny his attraction on a global scale.”
