OUR POLLS ARE THE VIEW OF THE PEOPLE NOT OUR VIEW – Global Info Analytics Exe. Director, Mussa Dankwah

Ahead of the January 2026 internal elections for the New Patriotic Party (NPP), the Executive Director and Head of Global Research at Global Info Analytics, Mussa Dankwah, has denied allegations of prejudice in the organization’s most recent polls.

Speaking on Tuesday, August 26, during the International Hausa Day celebration in Kumasi, Mr. Dankwah emphasized that his work is based on statistics and facts rather than subjective opinions.

“As far as we are concerned we believe in data… Sometimes I do a poll and I don’t feel well about it but that is not my view, that is the view of the people.

“So it doesn’t matter what numbers say, we will say it as it is. We have no interest in declaring somebody a winner or a loser,” he stated.

His remarks follow a recent Global Info Analytics poll that put former Vice President Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia ahead of him in the NPP’s presidential contest.

Mr. Dankwah reaffirmed that the organization’s reputation is derived from representing the public’s perspective and gave his word that their research will continue to be objective in the face of growing criticism.
