The former President of Ghana, Akufo-Addo, has voiced confidence in the NPP achieving victory in the upcoming general election.

President Akufo-Addo has conveyed his hope that the NPP can triumph in the upcoming general election, provided there are improvements and harmony among the party’s leaders.

The ex-president’s remark follows a casual conversation he held with the organisers from the Greater Accra Region Constituency.

President Akufo-Addo claims there is no news about the NPP losing the 2024 general election, stating that “Political parties win or lose elections”.

“Political parties win or lose elections. Yes, we’ve lost, but I know we can come back,” Akufo-Addo said. “We should stop feeling sorry for ourselves. Let’s reorganize and move forward as one”, the former president added.
