According to artist manager Lawrence Asiamah, often known as Bulldog in the music industry, having a talent without a manager is a drawback.
In an interview with Andy Dosty on Hitz FM’s DayBreak program, he said that everyone with good skill will become a nuisance to themselves if they don’t have someone managing them.
A talented artist who lacks competent management will not be able to support themselves or further their trade, claims Bulldog, an artist manager with years of experience.
Speaking during the discussions, Bulldog said, “Talent in a way can be a problem for people. If you do not meet someone who can manage it well for you, it can overwhelm you”.
