Controversial socialite, Afia Schwarzenegger has criticized artiste King Promise for his performance at the 2024 Telecel Ghana Music Awards.
She highlighted that King Promise’s performance did not live up to the level of his past shows, for which he is renowned.
Schwarzenegger criticized the way the ‘Terminator’ actor performed his popular songs, stating that it was not up to standard and had a negative impact on his reputation as a musician.
“Very disappointing performance, bad rendition of your own hit songs… King Promise, why? The terminator has been terminated!” she posted on her Instagram page.
King Promise’s performance featured numerous dancers in all-white, enhancing his songs with glowing torches.
Dressed in a sleek black outfit with black trousers, King Promise performed renditions of his hits, including ‘Terminator,’ ‘This Must Be Love,’ ‘Paris,’ and more.
The artiste won three awards at the 2024 TGMA but did not receive the ‘Artiste of the Year’ award, which went to Stonebwoy.
