Ghanaian actress and entrepreneur, Shugatiti has exposed how some of her employees would steal from her.
In a recent interview on Kingdom FM, Shugatiti revealed that despite what is being said, there are numerous job openings available.
Nevertheless, the young people in jobs are lazy and unwilling to put in effort for their earnings.
Shugatiti stated that young individuals lament about unemployment online, yet when they secure a job, they resort to theft or sabotage against their bosses.
Shugatiti, CEO of Pot of Shuga, also shared about ex-employees attempting to steal from her. She mentioned that some people believe she is being supported by older men, leading them to constantly attempt to undermine her business.
