Ghanaian Gospel artiste, Empress Gifty Adorye has cried out that her husband, Hopeson Adorye’s life is under threat.
Hopeson Adorye who is a former NPP parliamentary candidate of Kpone-Katamanso was among several prominent NPP figures, including Nana Ohene Ntow, Boniface Abubakar Saddique, and Yaw Buaben Asamoa, who were expelled from the party.
During a typical Tiktok live broadcast, Empress Gifty was addressing her admirers when she received a recording from an anonymous source claiming that her husband, who is currently a part of Alan Kyeremanten’s Movement for Change, will pass away soon following a meeting with an unidentified politician.
The source also mentioned that Hopeson would experience vertigo and lose consciousness. This will cause him to pass away.
The well-known gospel singer was advised by the source to consider the information carefully, even if she does not think it is true, as failing to do so could result in her becoming a widow after only five years of marriage.
The news was distressing for Empress Gifty, who implored the Inspector General of Police (IGP), Dr. George Akuffu Dampare for assistance in locating the informant for immediate action.
The ”Eye Woa” crooner has pledged to make an example of the informant who predicted doom for her marriage.
She begged the police to make sure the informant was held accountable if something occurred to her husband.
