Popular Ghanaian TikToker and actress, Efya Dragon, has opened up about her harrowing battle with a mysterious illness that has severely impacted her mobility and speech.
In an emotional interview with Sammy Kay Media, the social media sensation who rose to fame through TV3’s Date Rush and later gained a massive following on TikTok recounted how her health challenges began over a year ago. It started with issues in her hand, which she initially ignored, but the condition gradually worsened, leading to excruciating pain and sleepless nights.
Despite visiting numerous hospitals, undergoing several scans, and taking prescribed medications, Efya Dragon revealed that her condition remains undiagnosed. She shared that the pain has now spread to her waist and legs, making walking increasingly difficult. “I’ve gone to several hospitals and taken many medications, but nothing is working. I started to think it might be a stroke because walking is becoming harder,” she said.
