Flagbearer for the National Democratic Congress (NDC), John Dramani John Dramani Mahama has responded to his main rival, Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), by asserting that Ghana requires a qualified driver to assume control of the vehicle.
During a press conference, Dr Bawumia stated that he lacks experience as a President unlike his opponent, so voters should choose him.
Yet, while participating in a community event for his Greater Accra regional campaign, Mahama criticized Bawumia and the NPP for their unsuccessful effort to divert the focus of Ghanaians from the NDC’s manifesto launch by involving the media the day after the launch.
Mahama alleged that the NPP flagbearer was not truthful during his media appearance.
